Thank you for the beautiful building, great job, scheduled the installation quickly, about 5 weeks from the time I placed the order!!! Jason worked with me on the design of the building, helping with suggestions!!! Great price too!!! Elite Carport made sure I was happy with the installation, made sure I was aware of my 1 year warranty, etc… the installation crew came and installed the building in one long day, in-spite of the snow we got in December!!! Very happy with the whole process… smooth transaction!!! thank you Jason!!

I would highly recommend Colonial Steel Structures and their contractors from Elite Carport with Willy and Willy's crew for the install. I found Colonial Steel Structure on Facebook and got quotes for what I wanted on Messenger from Jason Duran at Colonial Steel Structure. I gave Jason the measurements for the building, doors and windows with what I was looking for and he gave me the best price I found in a very short time after the chatt started. Jason very knowledgeable of any questions I ask. Jason was alway there if I had any questions at any time before and after a deposit was made. Then got back with me after it was finished for any issues that I might have had. The 3 guy installers did an awesome job to put up a 50x32x14 building in 2 days/nights. Each installer knew what they were doing and needed no assistance.
From the start of this process of getting quotes and putting a deposit down till the day building was finished installed, I alway had on my mind would I be scammed or would the installers do it right. The day after it was finished I looked and I was overwhelmed by the great job that had been done. The 3 installers worked hard for 2 days/nights and did an amazing job.
What do I get out of this review? Far as I know the one thing I got was a completed building installed correctly and everyone was helpful. Hopefully this review will take some stress off someone thinking they might get scammed or not get a good install as I was always skeptical about. My experience with Colonial Steel Structures was great.

Steel structures came out to our home and gave us an estimate for a garage. Jason and Charlie were very informative to us and very helpful with the questions we had. Great company to deal with. They had the best price on the garage I needed, 30' wide and 50' long. They helped with the design and it is exactly what I wanted. The installers were courteous and friendly. I would 100% recommend.

I believe that when an individual or company performs an exceptional job, they merit recognition and recommendations. I cannot speak highly enough of Colonial Steel Structures. Before discussing our positive experience, I would like to highlight the dedication of the crew that constructed the structure; they traveled five hours and worked from 10am until 4:30am the following morning. To sustain their energy, we provided meals, as they would have otherwise been exhausted. The concrete crew also worked from 8am to 10pm. Both teams demonstrated outstanding professionalism and commitment.

This is arguably the finest company with which I have had the pleasure to work. From the initial contact when Charlie inquired about their metal buildings, their responsiveness was exemplary. Jason’s communication was prompt and thorough; he addressed contract adjustments swiftly, displayed extensive knowledge, and facilitated a rapid process. After the crew completed an overnight installation of our shop building, the company contacted us at 8 a.m. the next day to ensure our satisfaction.
